江戸前のお寿司と自然派ワイン。
自然栽培のお野菜と天然のお魚をテーマに、
寿司ネタには必ず仕事を実施して、ワインとの協調を目指します。
ワインはLUCYで購入したボトルワイン（抜栓料￥2,000）
もしくはグラス・おまかせでもご用意しています。

注）大変恐れ入りますが、「ワインと寿司」をテーマに仕立てている為、ワインを飲まない方のご予約は承ります。ご来店されてからその様な状況だった場合、ミニマムチャージとしてお一人様15,000円ご利用の設定をさせて頂きます。

→食材に関してはどれも全力を注いでいますので、おまかせとおおまかせの違いは
シンプルに量です。
→ご予約は、つまかせ・おまかせ・おおまかせ、何れも承ります（２０時まで）
→ご予約時間は、基本平日１９時・土日祝１８時をメインとしています。
ご予約のお時間はバラけ過ぎると、お料理の提供時間に影響がある為、お時間の

→ワインだけでなく、お料理もワインに寄り添う形が私達の理想です。 そして
、ワインもしっかりお楽しみ頂きたい！と思いますから、じっくり少量
のワインで合わせるよりも、おまかせの際も基本９０ml前後で
しっかり一杯をお楽しみいただける方法を選択しています。
ワインと寿司と言うテーマは深く、まだまだ挑戦の毎日ですが、やればやる 過程の可能性も見せてくれるので、ご提案の中で、その一端でも お楽しみいただければ幸いです。

For English
Edomae sushi and natural wine.
Based on the theme of naturally grown vegetables and wild fish,
we always carefully select the sushi ingredients and aim to pair them with wine.
We offer bottled wine purchased from LUCY (corkage fee ¥2,000),
or by the glass or as an omakase menu.
Seating: 8 counter seats, 2 table seats
Note: Due to our "wine and sushi" theme, we do accept reservations from non-wine drinkers. If we find that you are not a wine drinker, we will impose a minimum charge of 15,000 yen per person.
Food Menu
*Omakase: ¥10,000 (all prices include tax)
→ Approximately 4 dishes, approximately 9 pieces of nigiri sushi, a dessert, and coffee (green tea)
*Tsumakase: ¥5,500 (all prices include tax)
→ Approximately 4 dishes, and optional nigiri sushi.
*Oomakase: ¥13,200
→ Approximately 5 dishes, approximately 12 pieces of nigiri sushi, a dessert, and coffee (green tea)
→ We put our utmost effort into the ingredients we use, so the difference between omakase and omakase is simply the quantity.
→ We accept reservations for all menus (until 8 PM).
→ Reservation times are generally 7 PM on weekdays and 6 PM on weekends and holidays.
Reservation times that are too far apart may affect the food serving time, so we may ask you to adjust your time accordingly. As we are a single chef, we appreciate your understanding.
Wine
*Choose from Pairing , Wine Glass, or Bottle.
→ Our Choice: ¥8,800 (approximately 7 glasses, depending on wine price and meal contents)
→ Glass: We will recommend one or more recommended items.
→ Bottle: Enjoy at retail price plus ¥2,000 corkage.
*Our approach to food and wine pairings
→Our ideal is for the food to complement the wine, not just the wine itself. And
We want you to fully enjoy the wine! Therefore, rather than pairing with a small amount,
we opt for a full glass of wine, usually around 90ml, even with our chef's choice menu.
The topic of wine and sushi is deep, and we're still challenging ourselves every day, but the process shows us the possibilities, so we hope you'll enjoy even a small part of it in our suggestions.

*Changes to business hours and regular holidays will be announced on social media.
*Cancellation Policy: 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made 3 days prior to the reservation.
For cancellations made on the day of the reservation, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
